Oscar Romero’s “Psychoanalysis”

Towards the end of the following year, 1971, Romero went to Mexico for three months of psychoanalysis. He noted down in November of 1971 what he saw as his principle defects: avoiding social relations with others, not getting to know people,  concern about being criticized, perfectionism, disorder in his work, lack of austerity, lack of courage in expressing his opinions in meetings with the bishops.
